Kickflip On A Skateboard

Lets get started.  You want to be skating at a controllable speed.  To kickflip on a skateboard you want to start out with your back foot to be on the tail of the board and your front foot to be just past center with your heel hanging off the skateboard.

Push the tail down hard and at the same time slide your front foot off the board to make the board spin using your toes not your heel.  You want to flick the board with your foot to get is to spin but not to hard as the board will just fall to the ground.

You will need to get your feet out of the way so the skateboard can rotate without hitting your feet.  As the board rotates make sure to keep your body level and stable as you are going to need to land back on the board so balance is a must.

The board will rotate and after it rotates you then catch the board with your back foot and then your front foot. Bend your knees and land the board back on the ground and ride off.

That is how to kick flip.  Of course it will take a lot of practice to get it down but with enough practice you will be able to kickflip on a skateboard with ease.
